- Military Retired Pay Division Order: $1,000 per Order
Valuations/Calculations
- Pension Valuations: Minimum $800 per defined benefit pension plan and $300 per defined contribution plan
- Benefit Offset Services: $300 to offset/equalize two plans, an additional $200 per additional plan (note, values must be known in order to offset)
- Tracing Method Calculation: Minimum of $3,000 per plan account
Stipulation Services
- Stipulation Language: $350 per plan for language purchased on our website (click here). $400 per plan for all other plans.
Consultation Services
Additional Fee Notes
- Pro Se Cases: Our services are also available to individuals acting Pro Se (representing themselves) for an additional $500.00 per Pro Se representative, per case, above the minimum fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Minimum Retainer Fee: For any case opened in our office but then closed prior to completion, we will retain a minimum fee of $200.00. This fee may vary based on work rendered at the time of closure.
- Reopening Fee: If we do not receive full payment and necessary documents within 90 days of the opening of a case, the case will be closed. A reopening fee of $200 per case will be assessed, and the case will be billed at the current rate.
- Expedited Service (optional): This fee is $200 per case in addition to the pension or QDRO fees. Note, we can only expedite the case in our office, we cannot compel the plan to expedite the case. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
