Following his retirement from a 20-year career as a First Responder, Bill established Lexington Pension in 1983, where he currently serves as the firm’s principal pension consultant. Throughout his career, Bill has amassed extensive expertise, having conducted more than 30,000 pension valuation calculations.
Bill's reputation as a leading expert in pension appraisals has been recognized by the court, as he has been appointed as an expert witness in well over 10,000 cases across various jurisdictions.
Bill’s expertise extends beyond the courtroom. He actively shares his knowledge and insights with legal professionals and peers. He has delivered numerous presentations before bar associations, sharing his knowledge on topics such as the present value of pensions and the intricacies of distributing benefits through Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. His familiarity with the complexities involved in preparing Domestic Relations Orders under ERISA, as well as federal, state, and local governmental orders, makes him an invaluable resource in the field.
When Bill isn't immersed in his professional endeavors, he is an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast. As a private pilot with over 25 years of experience, Bill also uses his free time to indulge in his passion for flying.
